Changement de carrière après quarante ans? Un bon choix pour moi.
Oui, l’incertitude et l’anxiété étaient au rendez-vous. Toutefois, l’expérience et la maturité sont des atouts
qui ont rendu ce désir réalisable. Puis, le sentiment de confiance en soi a grandi à mesure que
j’approchais de mon objectif. J’ai fait ce choix appuyée par mes proches, mais un conseiller en développement
organisationnel m’aurait sûrement facilité certaines étapes.
